Bounteous is a leader in digital transformation services that co-innovates with the world's most ambitious retail, consumer, healthcare, financial services and restaurant brands.
I lead our ~60-person global Product Management practice, where I am accountable for our delivery standards and talent development. I contribute to our enterprise business development efforts, and have consulted on product and digital transformation strategy with clients including: Wingstop, Shake Shack, Domino's, Red Robin, Dutch Bros, Five Guys, Denny's, Texas Roadhouse, First Watch, Smoothie King, CKE, Hilton Grand Vacations, and many others.
I also play a role in strengthening key partnerships within our restaurant and convenience vertical (e.g., Olo, Radar, others).
My brand-side executive experience (Subway) allows me to understand our clients' most challenging and transformational predicaments, advise empathetically, and drive outcomes.
I came to Bounteous via its acquisition of Hathway in 2021.

SUBWAY
VP DIGITAL + CONSUMER TECH (HEAD OF DIGITAL) | FEB 2017 - APR 2020
At Subway Franchise World Headquarters, I oversaw the digital transformation of a multi-billion dollar, global consumer brand, growing digital sales by more than 20x.
This included building a team of 20+ in product management, portfolio and service management, UI/UX, digital architecture, and digital application development, as well as contracting with leader services providers to source hundreds more contributors around the globe.
The results were hard-earned, and remarkable. We launched a 4.9 star-rated mobile app, a responsive ordering website that won a Sitecore Experience Award, a POS-integrated third-party delivery solution, a new MarTech stack (for loyalty, marketing automation, and personalization), and a suite of microservices ("Fresh API") that enabled digital growth across Subway's 40K+ global locations. Subway was named #6 among restaurants in digital competence by Gartner during my tenure.
The role required leading our Digital team, driving collaboration with our marketing and operations functions and earning trust and funding from Subway's vast franchisee community.

Co-Founded and led an EdTech startup from angel to exit, building an award-winning portfolio of digital products. Established a partnership with Yale University to research product efficacy, demonstrating improved outcomes for those impacted by autism.
Fractional CPO
Served as Head of Product for a FinTech SaaS provider, building a suite of tools for risk management and mortgage lending compliance. Additionally drove product marketing and branding efforts.
Director of IP
Managed portfolio of 500+ patents and applications, supporting the vision of renowned innovator Jay Walker (Founder, Priceline.com). Portfolio generated licensing deals with tech leaders including Facebook and Apple.
